Miles Partnership buys majority stake in Black Diamond
Florida marketing consultancy Miles Partnership has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in London-based travel marketing agency Black Diamond for an unrevealed selling price.
Black Diamond will continue to operate independently, with Jim Odoire replacing founder Guy Chambers as CEO. Chambers will assume a consulting role.
Black Diamond currently has 40 employees and 37 clients worldwide including Visit California, British Airways, Yosemite, Magical Kenya and Whistler Canada.
The acquisition supports Miles Partnership's plands for growth in Europe and the Middle East.
